Session 4 Case Study
For this assignment, you will write a four- to five–page case study and then analyze the case study for a recommended solution. This case study can reflect a problem or situation you have encountered in teaching or you can create a case study based on a realistic problem or situation. If you use a “real” case study, please change the names and school you use in the case study.
Using the format in your textbook, construct a case study for consideration. You can use the sample case studies at the start of each chapter of your course textbook as a guide on how to create your case study. Be sure to review the “Critical Thinking” questions following each case study as well, as you will create your own questions for this case study.
Include the following elements in your case study:
-
Describe in details the issue or situation. (The textbook provides you several examples of what this might look like.) Your case study description should be at least 250-350 words.
-
Provide a rationale for the importance of solving the problem or situation described in the case study.
Following the description of the case study, use a heading of "Critical Thinking" and under that heading pose at least three (3) questions that need to be answered in considering a solution. (Your textbook provides you several examples of what those questions might look like.)
Finally, answer the questions you pose.
Use at least four (4) scholarly articles in providing a rationale for the importance of solving the problem or situation and in your answer to the questions posed.
